Our Practitioner Psychologist are specialised in working with clients who are looking for support with their mental health, physical health, and overall wellbeing.

 

Some clients want to change specific health behaviours, such as weight management by exploring their relationship with food and exercise. Other clients are looking for support adjusting to changes in their health, such as the menopause, or a specific diagnosis or condition.

For others, we are here when life gets complicated. If you’re going through a transition; coping with loss; living with stress, low mood, or anxiety; or simply want to experience more joy in your life, we can help. 

Group Support

Interested in attending one of our groups to join a community of people who are also looking for support? 

 

We currently offer groups focused on:

  • Improving sleep

  • Managing stress

  • Developing strategies for rest and relaxation

  • Improving your relationship with food, body image and weight.

Coaching

Work with one of our team to help you develop sustainable strategies to your wellness, health and overall well-being. 

 

We work with you to identify your strengths and values, before creating plans for a plan to help you achieve your goals and overcome any barriers that might hold you back.

 

We guide you through the process of creating a vision for your health and well-being, creating clear, achievable goals, before developing together a sustainable action plan grounded in scientific evidence to help you achieve your goals.

 

We will encourage you every step of the way – you might find all you need are a couple of sessions to get you started, or perhaps would like longer-term encouragement and support. We are flexible in our approach because we know just how challenging change can be.
