Once you have booked your appointment with us, we will send further information including all of the terms and conditions, instructions on how to pay for your appointment, as well as a link to your online session.

Payment and Cancellation Policy​

All sessions are required to be paid 48 hours in advance. If payment has not been received within this time, our team reserves the right to withhold your session. 

​

We understand that sometimes life happens and you may be unable to make your appointment. You can cancel your appointment at any point up to 48 hours prior to your session, and we will not charge a cancellation fee. Should you need to cancel within 48 and 24 hours of your session, 50% of the session fee will be payable. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, 100% of the fee will be payable.
